Behind the Lens
Retired project lead. Sony Community Advocate. Lifelong Jersey Shore resident.
Photography has become my way of discovering the character of a place.
I've spent much of my life at the Jersey Shore, and for the past five years I've called it home full time. Living here has given me a deeper appreciation for the towns, neighborhoods, local businesses, and traditions that make this coastline so much more than a vacation destination.
Every community has its own personality. Some are known for their beaches and boardwalks, while others are remembered for a quiet street, a neighborhood restaurant, a working marina, or the people who have built their lives here. Every time I head out with my camera, I'm hoping to discover something that captures the character of that community.
Through A Walk Around the Jersey Shore, I'm documenting these places one town at a time. My goal is to create an honest visual record of the communities that make the Jersey Shore unique—not just the places visitors come to see, but the places that people call home.
I hope these photographs encourage you to slow down, explore a little further, and discover the character that makes every Jersey Shore town worth remembering.
If you’re looking to document a local business, restaurant, or a project around the Jersey Shore, I’d be glad to hear from you.
I focus on people, places, and everyday life along the coast, and work with clients who align with that style.
Reach out below and I’ll get back to you as soon as I’m available.
